Foley is nothing less than a Pedophile, and there is no excuse for his behavior Alchohol Abuse or not. I also have no idea what Hastert knew or when he knew it. If Hastert did know about Foley’s actions and he attempted to bury the story then I would agree with the times… The question is What did Hastert know?
